The Kudos Board is responsible for the determination and implementation of the global strategy and the approval and admittance of new member firms.
The Board liaises regularly with the membership to ensure the strategy meet the requirements of the membership and addresses regional variations.
Each of the Board members have a track record of embedding quality within the accounting profession – this experience is critical to the culture of the Kudos network.
Alun Morgan

Alun Morgan is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience. Alun specialises in audit compliance and regulatory training, with a keen eye for the practical application of standards.
Alun started with the Big 4 and served as a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
After qualifying, he moved on to work with one of the UK’s leading providers of training and support services for the accounting profession. He was a founder of PCP Limited and Kudos International.
He is a member of the ACCA’s Financial Reporting Global Forum.
Brett Kelly

Brett Kelly is the Founder and CEO of Kelly+Partners (ASX: KPG, OTCQX: KPGHF).
He founded Kelly+Partners Chartered Accountants in 2006 and, over 18 years, has grown the business to become Australia’s leading global accounting firm and the 21st largest firm in the country.
Brett has grown Kelly+Partners from two greenfield offices in Sydney to 38 operating businesses across 35 locations in Australia, the United States, Hong Kong, and India. The team now consists of more than 550 people, including 105 partners, serving over 23,000 SME clients.
Brett is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Technology Sydney and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of New South Wales.
Alistair Bryant

Chief Operating Officer
Alistair joined KPGH in February 2024, transitioning from the leadership team of a global accounting association.
He has a British military background, with experience in the diplomatic and engineering sectors. Much of his career involved overseas assignments, including seven years in North Africa.
Based in the UK, Alistair is committed to fostering greater cooperation across borders and cultures.
Rebecca Williams
Operations Manager
Rebecca will be responsible for overseeing the day to day liaison with firms and will manage our key relationships.
Rebecca graduated from the University of South Wales with a degree in law, and has previously worked as a manager for a local citizens advice office for over 10 years.
